WFWR is a not for profit oganization formed to bring local radio to the Attica and Williamsport area by broadasting local sports, school closing information, community announcments, a variety of music and special Sunday programing for those who can't get out, weather updates and warnings, and most importantly a hometown atmosphere to radio. We are run completly by volunteers who donate their time and often money to keep the station running and bring these local broadcasts. We do our part by working very hard each year to keep things running on an extremely tight budget and bring you this service that many take for granted. We depend almost entirely on our funding from local businesses who donate each year at the beginning of our sports seasons. We still have a good core of these type businesses that we can count on but we still need your help. It can be a small donation to help pay our phone bills or a large one that would help us purchase new equipment. We appreciate any and all donations and since we are a not for profit organization, you may be eligible for a tax break.
